Not a black box
The signals behind every verdict.
No vague "AI magic." Three plain indicators you can check on every card page, built from real sold listings:
Our method, honestly
What we calculate, and what we found.
Card prices are hard to forecast, and nobody can promise you a return. Here is exactly what we compute, how we tested it, and what came out.
A price-context score
For each regularly traded card we measure two things: how far its price sits below its highest price of the last 2 years, and how much it moved last month. We rank all cards on both and average the two ranks into a score from 0 to 100. The 10% highest scores are labelled Undervalued, the 10% lowest Overvalued, the rest Fair.
Checked on past data
We went back month by month, ranked cards using only what was known at that date, then looked at what the price did over the following 3 months. The test covers about 1,100 monthly observations of regularly traded cards, almost all between late 2025 and mid-2026, because our source only shows recent sales.
A tendency, not a certainty
In that sample, the score ranked cards that were higher 3 months later above those that were not, better than chance would. The pattern is a mean reversion: cards far below their peak that had just dropped tended to recover part of it. It is measured on monthly median prices, which are noisy when a card has few sales, so part of the effect may be measurement noise rather than something you could trade on.
These results come from a past test sample. They are not a forecast: the sample is small and covers only about nine months of market, the rule was chosen after looking at past data, and market conditions change, so the pattern may not repeat. Only cards that sell regularly (3+ sales this month and $5+) are rated. The score has not been proven live yet: we will log our signals each month and publish how they actually performed, good or bad.
Not investment advice. Priceholo is an information and decision-support tool. It does not recommend buying or selling any card, and prices can fall as well as rise. Do your own research and never spend money you cannot afford to lose.

Regularly traded cards far below their 2-year high that recently dropped. A price-context indicator to help you look closer — not a prediction and not financial advice.
Tab count = all tracked cards in this price range. List below = only regularly traded cards at the selected end of the score (usually a smaller number).
"Score" = where the card ranks among regularly traded cards on our price-context score, from 0 to 100%. It is a ranking, not a probability and not a guarantee.

PriceMedian price of the raw (ungraded) copies sold in the latest month with sales, after removing obvious outliers.
VerdictMost discounted: top 10% of scores among regularly traded cards. Most extended: bottom 10%. Fair: everything in between. Not rated: not enough recent sales to judge (fewer than 3 sales this month, price under $5, or no sale for over 2 months) — the card still shows its price and facts.
ScoreA ranking from 0 to 100 among tracked cards, not a probability. It averages two things: how far the card sits below its 2-year high, and how much it fell last month. High = more discounted; low = more extended.
Below 2-yr highHow far today's price is under the highest monthly price of the last 24 months. −60% means the card trades 60% below that peak.
1-month moveChange of the monthly price versus the previous month.
Sales (month)Number of sales recorded in the latest month. For very active cards our source lists only the most recent sales, so this count can be capped.
Avg sales / moAverage monthly sales over the last 3 months. Shown only when our history covers all three months; otherwise "–".
LiquidityHow easily the card sells: High = 10+ sales this month, Medium = 3–9, Low = 0–2.
"–"The value is not available or not reliable for this card.

Verdicts exist only for cards that sell regularly (3+ sales this month and $5+); other cards show their price and facts with "Not rated". Sales counts come from sold listings on our source, which only lists the most recent sales for very active cards — counts can be capped, and the 3-month average is shown only when our history covers all three months. Read the signal
A price-context verdict — most discounted, fair, most extended — for cards that sell regularly, with the details behind it.
The signal, explained
A verdict, never a black box.
Each verdict comes from two things you can inspect on the card page: how far the price sits below its 2-year high, and how it moved over the last month. A third, the number of recent sales, decides whether we rate the card at all.
We don't predict prices and we never promise a return. We rank cards by price context so you can decide, not so we decide for you. (The numbers in this example are illustrative.)
